Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner

Duties:
- Provide primary care services to patients of all ages, including infants, children, adults, and seniors
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as lab work and imaging studies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families about preventive care, health promotion, and disease management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Proficient in clinical standards and best practices for primary care
- Experience in critical care settings is preferred
- Knowledge of dementia care and management is a plus
- Familiarity with sonography procedures is beneficial
- Competency in venipuncture techniques for blood collection
- Experience working in assisted living facilities is desirable
- Proficient in medication administration, including injections and IV therapy
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems, such as Cerner
- Strong understanding of infection control protocols
- Experience working with children is highly valued
