Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews and workshops.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis to determine the feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business models and strategies.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, requirements documentation, and process flows.
- Develop test plans and assist in the execution of user acceptance testing.
- Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
