Work Location: Worthington, IN 47465
Pay Rate: $17.00
Shift Times: 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Training: Likely first 3 days at 7:30a-3:00p - TBD)
Weekly Schedule: 48 - 60 (depending on number of positions filled) available all 7 days but will rotate days off
Contract: 3 Months
Attendance/Performance Appreciation: Up to $250/Month as Gift Cards (Non- Taxable) Weekly: $45/week if you work at least Hours/week
Monthly: $70/Month if you work at least 152 Hours/Month (In addition to weekly)
DescriptionLOCAL - HARVEST REQ
Oversee corn sorting at individual sorting conveyers. Pick apart good versus bad quality corn on the cob. Distinguish defects and remove product from conveyer belts.

• Resume required? No, but preferred
• Any specific skills, requirements or experience you want in a candidate: Must be able to walk up and down stairs, required to stand for prolong times, Airborne allergy warning due to corn husk, watching moving belt can aggravate motion sickness.
• Any additional Medical Surveillance testing required? No.
• We provide (over the glasses) safety glasses but not prescription safety glasses.
• Any exposure to common allergens? (Ex. Insects, Nuts, Plants, Chemicals, Latex, etc) Yes
• Will non-local/remote candidates be considered? must be on site can come from anywhere.
• Will they be driving? not for work
• Is the candidate a minor? must be 18 or older
• Dress Code of long pants, closed toe & heel shoes, shirt covering shoulders, PPE of safety glasses and gloves will be provided.
• Reason for Opening position? Harvest season
• Screens: Must clear Drug Test. Can start pending Background check
• Watching corn as it comes down the conveyor and take off the husk. Discard any non-corn product. Will be standing, though some stools are available as well as agronomic mats
• Primary language can be Spanish but they are required to be able to understand & speak English
• Working 6 days per week. If we do get a significant amount of candidates, it is possible they would work 5 days
• TOBACCO FREE FACILITY - No vaping, smoking, chew allowed onsite
