VCS is looking for PMO SME / Center of Excellence Project Manager in Richmond, VA.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days onsite 2 days remote)
Work Authorization: GC/USC/GC-EAD/H4-EAD
Pay Rate: up to $75/hr all inclusive on W2Must Have Skills10 years of overall IT experience.
3 years of experience creating and delivering training programs.
3 years of experience creating procedure documentation such as job aids, templates, forms, flow diagrams and presentation decks.
Knowledge, Skills, And AbilitiesStrong background in technology project management.
Strong experience in creating written documentation including update job aids, templates, forms, flow diagrams and presentation decks.
Strong experience creating and delivering training programs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills for collaborating.
Ability to multi-task, pivot quickly, plan in a rapidly changing environment, and provide guidance for changes as required.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the demonstrated ability to simplify and briefly, succinctly communicate complex issues to multiple audiences.
Exceptional knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall project management principles and practices.
Have flexible mindset and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
QualificationsThe candidate should have 10 years of overall IT experience with emphasis on technology project management.
The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience creating procedure documentation such as job aids, templates, forms, flow diagrams and presentation decks.
The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience creating and delivering training programs.
Skill Required/Desired Amount Of ExperienceProject Management experience
Experience managing and providing guidance to project teams
Experience providing training to project managers and project teams
Training and coaching skills
Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, Project Server), Microsoft Project/POL experience
Experience working in a PMO? office
Experience working in a remote and local team environment
Working experience in Center of Excellence team
