Work from home telemarking/appointment setting

In this role, you are the first point of contact between our company and potential new customers. You will present the benefits of setting a meeting to begin long-term relationships with new customers. This is a 100 percent remote position with flexible hours and . uncapped earning potential. Please have appointment setting/telemarking experience and be able to start the position immediately. We will be hiring a select few to join our experienced team so apply asap. Responsibilities:

• Call and Schedule appointments with potential clients from pre-collected lead base.
• We procure leads from online marketing, referrals from previous clients and trade show sign ups.
• Track and result all calls made with clients through the use of lead tracking software.
• Professionally but positively interact with our clients.
• Present a fun upbeat experience with our clients over the phone.
• Quickly respond to potential customer questions.
• Read a script staying within the guidelines but putting your fun personality into it.
• Able to work the provided schedule but flexible schedule
• Enjoy building relationships and talking over the phone.

Our ideal candidate:

• Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role
• Pleasant, positive and professional voice over the phone.
• Motivated to take the extra step to receive production bonus.
• Desire to move up to a full time position once production needs are met.
• Competitive and able to work well with a team.
• Can take rejection.
• Able to get behind their work and desire to move up into leadership roles.

Bonuses are paid out bi-weekly with an average of $300 per signed new client No cap on the amount that can be earned
