Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Nursing to join us in this new venture. The Director of Nursing will play a crucial role in establishing and leading Elite Nursing & Homecare, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of skilled care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the clinical operations of Elite Nursing & Homecare.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and requirements for Prior Authorization (PA) hours.
• Lead and mentor a team of nursing professionals.
• Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Collaborate with the executive team to drive the agency's mission and goals.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of state regulations and Medicaid requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for providing high-quality care and improving client outcomes.

Pay: $87,843.00 - $97,000.00 per year
