Elite Parking Services of America is seeking a dynamic General Manager with parking management expertise, strong leadership skills and a proven track record in project management and partnership development. This role requires a detail-orients, customer-focused professional with strong organizational and analytical skills. 

The General Manager oversees multiple parking facilities within a designated region. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:
   • Supervise daily operations of multiple parking facilities.
   • Ensure compliance with local parking regulations and company policies.
   • Implement and monitor operational procedures to enhance efficiency.
   • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to meet operational needs.
2. Staff Supervision:
   • Recruit, train, and manage parking facility managers and staff.
   • Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development.
3. Customer Service:
   • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
   • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
   • Build Relationships with existing and new clients.
4. Financial Management:
   • Prepare and manage budgets for each facility.
   • Monitor revenue and expenses and prepare financial reports for senior management.
5. Maintenance and Safety:
   • Oversee maintenance and repair of parking facilities and equipment.
   • Ensure safety protocols are followed to prevent accidents and theft.
6. Strategic Planning:
   • Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy rates and revenue.
   • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
• Experience: Three to five years of experience in parking management or a related field, with a proven track record in a supervisory or managerial role.
• License & Certification: Driver’s License required; PMI-PMP, CPP or CAPP preferred
