Requirements

Essential Functions (Sales Support) :

• Manage sales representatives' book of business.
• Enter sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Enter purchase orders for metal, concrete tile, and skylights.
• Assist all branch salesmen with inventory inquiries and order processing.
• Oversee all courier service deliveries for small orders.
• Assist the front counter with returns processing, material inquiries, and general agility functionality.
• Support operations, warehouse, and dispatch in filling backorders, ensuring order accuracy, and addressing general questions regarding sales orders.
• Act as a liaison between Elite, the contractor, and the building owner / homeowner for project management purposes

Qualifications :

• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in entering purchase orders.
• Skilled in assisting at the front counter.
• Ability to support operations, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
• Positive and curious attitude.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Work Environment :

The work environment for this role primarily consists of a warehouse setting, with a central focus on inside / outside sales and the management of roofing products.

Physical Demands :

The role involves prolonged periods of sitting or standing, requires frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and operating computer systems, and may involve occasional lifting or moving of lightweight packages or materials Requires the ability to move around the workspace to assist branch salesmen with inventory inquiries, support front counter activities, and collaborate with operations, warehouse, and dispatch teams.

May require occasional bending, stooping, or reaching when handling returns processing and addressing material inquiries.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work :

This position is full-time, with workdays scheduled from Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturdays. Work hours may vary.

Travel :

Travel is not required for this position.

Required Education and Experience :

Education : High school diploma / GED required.

Experience : Experience in a client-focused and results-driven environment, demonstrating consistent success.
