```Duties```
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Protect property and assets by enforcing access control and following security procedures
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to detect any suspicious activities
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances or incidents promptly
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns
- Write detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary

```Skills```
- Loss prevention: Knowledge of techniques to prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities
- CPR and First Aid: Ability to provide immediate medical assistance in case of emergencies
- Conflict management: Skill in resolving conflicts or difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Law enforcement: Familiarity with laws, regulations, and procedures related to security operations
- Certificate: Possession of a valid security officer license or certification (if required by state or local regulations)
- CCTV and Surveillance: Experience in operating surveillance equipment and monitoring systems
- Militarize: Ability to follow military-style protocols for security operations
