- Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
- Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
- Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
- Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
- Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
- Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations
Job DescriptionFor all positions you must:
- Possess a current state certification for armed guard
- have open availability (Multiple shifts available)
- reliable transportation
- possess a current and valid driver's license
- possess a smart phone
- at least (5) years of security experience; military/corrections experience may substitute
- military or correctional facility experience is preferred
- strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
