Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to establish project goals and requirements
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Procure necessary materials, equipment, and subcontractors for project execution
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget
- Oversee quality control and safety procedures on the project site
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the course of the project
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed expectations
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Salary up to 110K DOE
