AR Credit Clerk
Accounts Receivable Clerk
Responsibilities / Requirements :
- Review sale orders that require manual release due to credit limits
- Communicate with customers that exceed limits
- Update and issue daily credit hold lists to relevant departments
- Assist with research account disputes and billing discrepancies
- Assist with credit investigations as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
Additional Qualifications Include :
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Basic understanding of credit process
Ideal candidate will have : credit experience, ideally with high volume of releasing orders. Some collections experience is a plus!
Demonstrates ability to be self-directed and motivated to ensure expectations are
met.
Temporary to Hire
$24.00-26.00 / hr
Monday-Friday
8am to 4 : 30pm
