AR Credit Clerk

Accounts Receivable Clerk

Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Review sale orders that require manual release due to credit limits

• Communicate with customers that exceed limits

• Update and issue daily credit hold lists to relevant departments

• Assist with research account disputes and billing discrepancies

• Assist with credit investigations as needed

• Performs other duties as assigned

Additional Qualifications Include:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Basic understanding of credit process

Ideal candidate will have: credit experience, ideally with high volume of releasing orders. Some collections experience is a plus!

Demonstrates ability to be self-directed and motivated to ensure expectations are

met.

Temporary to Hire

$24.00-26.00/hr
Monday-Friday
8am to 4:30pm
