Job DescriptionWe’re a creative foodservice design/build firm focusing on hospitality venues, corporate cafes and dining rooms, coffee bars, commercial kitchens and similar dining experiences.
elite|studio e is hiring a Project Coordinator. Our ideal candidate is highly organized with a strong ability to multi-task and has some experience/knowledge of the foodservice and/or construction industry. Being a team player and enjoying working in a dynamic, fast paced, and fun environment is critical! The primary responsibilities include providing administrative, customer service, estimating, billing scheduling, organizational support, and purchasing for the project team.
Elite’s structure is comprised of Project Teams, each with a specific focus on client and project types. All positions dual report to the Team Lead (Vice President, Project Solutions) and the Director of Project Coordination. This approach allows for professional development, training, support, as well as developing synergy of working with a consistent team internally.
Duties:
The applicant will be responsible for coordinating budgets, proposals, and specifications for projects during the design phases. As the project transitions into construction duties will include managing the ordering process, tracking, and coordinating with our on-site Project Managers. Coordination will be required with our internal project team comprised of designers, Project Managers, and business development team as well as externally with clients, architects, engineers, factories, and installers. This position is ideal for an individual who enjoys a fast-paced and multi-faceted work environment.
Skills:
  • Proficient in MS Office (specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of AutoQuotes is a benefit but not required
  • Multitasking
  • Foodservice industry and/or construction experience is a definite plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to meet and manage deadlines
  • Client first attitude
