Job Description:
Elite Technology is looking for a high-energy, high-potential individual to be a key member of our team. The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) position provides global hands-on and strategic input, insight, and advice on people-related issues: talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, organizational development, and training. The HR Business Partner will play an essential role in establishing and driving global HR programs/talent initiatives forward, while ensuring they align with Elite's business objectives. The HRBP will manage various HR programs and services and function as a point of contact for HR-related requests across the teams they support. The role requires the ability and willingness to complete daily responsibilities in a proactive and collaborative way, supporting our employees.
