Summary/Objective
Information gathering and communication in a fast-paced ever-changing environment. Driver communication via calls and text. Customer communication via phone, text, and email.
Communication through on-time detailed reports to customers and other team members. Through accurate and timely communication, we build successful relationships.

This position operates in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, and scanners.
Dress Code
Employees are required to be well groomed and dress in appropriate casual attire. Safety vests, shirts, or jackets to be worn while in the warehouse.
Physical Demands
Sedentary role, sitting at workstation while carrying out a variety of both manual and computerized data entry and processing. Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching/crawling.
Travel
No travel is expected for this position.
Position Type and Schedule
This is a full-time non-exempt position with three open shifts. Monday through Friday 3rd shift:
11:30pm – 8:30am; 2nd Shift 3pm – Midnight; 1st Shift 8am – 5pm.
