The Elite Tutoring Academy was founded by New Jersey school teachers and administrators who are dedicated to seeing every student succeed. The programs that we develop are aligned with the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards, and the newly adopted Common Core Standards.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Creates and follows daily lesson plans that detail differentiated teaching strategies.
• Implements best practices and strategies in classroom instruction.
• Creates and maintains a classroom environment that is safe and conducive for learning.
• Engages and motivates students.
• Creates and modifies student assessments as needed.
• Be able to provide a session report for our office and families within twenty-four hours of each tutoring session.
• Effectively balance tutoring hours given for each assigned student
• Successfully and professionally teach students to fit their individual needs
• Service existing clients' concerns and questions

Qualifications-Required:

• At least 1 year of teaching experience
• At least 1 year of teaching high school students
• Knowledge of Student Learning Standards
• Excellent classroom management
• Ability to integrate technology into daily instruction
• Ability to speak English clearly and accurately
• Ability to create and implement lesson plans that demonstrate differentiated instruction
• Ability to motivate and engage students in learning
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral
• Excellent interpersonal skills
