Elite Technical is seeking Sales Representatives to support our customer, a comprehensive voice, data, and cloud solutions provider with 40 years of experience providing network, communication and collaboration solutions! We are seeking Sales Professionals who has a sales hunter mentality and is primarily responsible for generating new B2B customer relationships through the sale of phone systems (VoIP, UC and UCaaS Solution offerings). Responsibilities include :

• Find Develop and Sell UC and UCaaS
• Engage in prospecting activities to identify potential clients, conducting consultations, establishing strong connections, delivering value, and closing deals.
• This position entails genuine fieldwork, independently scheduling appointments and actively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Participate in business development / demand generation activities to support customer growth.
• Cold calling into assigned territory / market to find new customers and projects.
• Work with pre-sales to develop proposals and statements of work.

Required Skills

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 2 years of Telephony Solution based selling - Products and / or Services. Prior sales experience / expanding existing accounts and pursuing new client relationships is required.
• Excellent B2B relationship building / Sales abilities.
• Availability to travel in and around the New England area for customer visits.
• Demonstrable self-motivation and a strong sense of personal accountability.
• Experience thriving in a competitive environment and collaborating within a sales team.
