Eliza Jennings, a nationally recognized leader in person-centered care, is seeking a full time Director of Nursing , for Eliza at Chagrin Falls. The campus is composed of a 93 bed Assisted Living and 29 bed Skilled Nursing.

Job Summary:
Oversee and direct nursing services through the person-centered care philosophy and in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. Direct and manage Medical Records & Central Supply Coordinator, and Assisted Living nursing functions. Collaborate with the Medical Director; attending physicians, consulting physicians and Nurse Practitioners regarding the delivery of care

Duties:
- Supervising and managing all clinical staff members
- Serve as the primary contact for outside providers, including home health, hospice, and pharmacy
-Maintain oversight of both assisted living and skilled nursing admissions, assessing assisted living residents for levels of care
- Lead clinical QAPI and Risk initiatives
- Oversee the collaboration of the MDS assessment process and required care plans and meetings
- Assure timely communication with families; oversee and/or participate in family care conferences

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing leadership roles
- Previous experience in an assisted living or long-term care setting required
- Computer proficiency with understanding of business, professional and industry related applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
