Elk Head Clothing is seeking a dynamic individual with a minimum of 2 years of retail experience to join our team as a full or part-time Sales Associate at our location on the second floor of Ponce City Market. If you're outgoing, fashion-forward, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! The hours available for this position are initially 10-15 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing to about 25 hours per week during the holiday season. Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers enthusiastically, offering assistance and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
• Escort customers to our products, providing expert advice and guidance on our offerings.
• Utilize your keen sense of style to curate three distinct looks for customers based on their preferences, whether they're updating their wardrobe for a new season or shopping for a special occasion.
• Process payments efficiently and accurately, including cash, credit cards, and checks.
• Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills to address any customer concerns or issues that may arise.
• Take ownership of the sales floor, infusing it with energy and enthusiasm, creating an atmosphere akin to a lively party.
• Maintain scheduling commitments and ensure smooth operations during shifts.

• Excellent verbal communication skills to engage customers and convey product information effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Very high energy and competitive spirit, determined to meet sales goals.
• Weekend availability only ( Saturday, and Sunday).
