Job Overview:
Implement all Division environmental, health & safety (EHS) initiatives as required by company policy and government laws and regulations. Implement a training program to ensure compliance with company and regulatory EHS requirements. Manage EHS records and complete any required company or regulatory reporting.

Essential Functions:
- Implement and administer the facility’s EHS training program.

- Direct full and continuous compliance with all local, state and federal environmental permits and legal requirements.

- Direct full and continuous compliance with all local, state and federal health and safety requirements.

- Maintains best-in-class EHS management system.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement related to EHS initiatives.

- Manage corrective and preventive actions related to EHS non-compliance and improvement initiatives.

- Communicate daily, monthly and annual EHS performance as needed.

Education:

HIGH SCHOOL 4 years H.S. Graduate or equivalent TRADE SCHOOL

COLLEGE (UNDERGRADUATE) (Preferred) 4 years BA/BS or equivalent

Minimum Skills:

- Read, interpret, analyze information and data including statutes, regulations, procedures, charts and graphs.

- Analyze information, identify errors and omissions, and make mathematical calculations.

- Evaluate and understand mathematical data.

- Use PC and other calculation devices to manipulate/interpret data.

- Render judgments regarding adherence to policies and procedures and take actions required to maintain full and continuous compliance performance.

- Communicate policy and procedure compliance expectations to all Division employees using clear and effective written and verbal methods.

- Identify, establish, and communicate technical and performance goals to engineering and technical staff to assure continuous EHS compliance.

- Development of world-class technologies and processes to maintain competitive advantages.

- Direct and manage all manufacturing and support operations and keep operations in full and continuous compliance with all EHS standards.
