Summary:

We are currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join an incredible hypergrowth organization specializing in renewable natural gas production. The organization is striving to make the world a better place and is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with expertise in Electrical Design to join their impressive & reputable organization. As the Senior Electrical Engineer, you will be the SME for all Electrical Engineering for projects, and support all phases of project design, execution, installation, commissioning, and operations.

The Senior Electrical Engineer’s Responsibilities Will be:

• Develop electrical equipment layout, single line, interconnecting wiring, embedded conduit, cable tray, heat trace, lighting, and grounding drawings.
• Generate electrical equipment and construction specifications.
• Develop power studies including short circuit analysis and incident energy calculations using ETAP or SKM software.
• Develop and execute test plans for electrical installation and document equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues including electrical systems.
• Perform field/site visits.

The Senior Electrical Engineer’s Qualifications Will be:

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Electrical Engineering (Or related field)
• 5 years of experience in electrical design & project engineering experience within an industrial/gas processing industry
• Possess an understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and industry codes/standards (NFPA/NEC, IEEE, ANSI, NEMA, API and ASI)
• Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of electrical distribution systems at low and medium voltages.
• PE license or E.I.T preferred
• The ability to travel and accommodate an overnight stay up to 50%.
• Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.
