SEEKING IMMEDIATE POSITION TO FILL FOR ASSOCIATE BAKER

SEEKING: responsible person with good work ethic to assist with baking and pastry production

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods, including cakes, cookies, pies, and other baked goods
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality and taste
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure proper cooking
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area-
- Collaborate with other baking staff to coordinate baking schedules

Skills:

Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment

Excellent communication skills

Experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef or similar role preferred, but not required

Willing to train the right candidate

Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment preferred, but not required

Understanding of food safety practices preferred, willingness to learn required

Excellent time-management skills

Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment

As we roll through our 21st year in the Gallatin Valley, we are looking to add a baker to join our talented team in our new location in Bozeman. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production of our premium cakes and baked goods, and ensuring the continued growth and success of our establishment. This role will also allow the selected individual to expand their production experience and knowledge, while learning how to bake great cakes, delicious desserts, and the yummiest cookies, Elle's Belles style!
