Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and other service-related questions.
• Resolve customer complaints by determining the cause of the problem and offering the best solution.
• Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Monitor and report on customer service metrics to improve service quality.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or degree preferred.
• Strong interest in customer service and a desire to grow in the field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
