Elle Seller we are is seeking a highly organized and proactive Entry Level Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to our executives. The successful candidate will manage a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of their daily activities. THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize executive schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Assist with personal tasks for executives, such as running errands and managing personal appointments
• Maintain confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
• Coordinate and organize events and meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
• Conduct research and compile data as requested

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
• Proven experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
