We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and callers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable at all times
• Organize and maintain files and documents, both electronically and physically
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and scanning
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism

$850 - $1100 per week
