Eller Bakery and Cafe is Hiring a Front of House Team Member Near Costa Mesa, CA

Hiring part/full-time positions for a NEW high-end retail bakery and cafe. We are in search of a Front of House hospitality team member who has a proven track record in a hospitality setting (hotels, restaurants, resorts, etc).

As a Front of House Hospitality member, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests. This position combines the responsibilities of a host and a server, offering a unique opportunity to interact with guests at multiple touchpoints throughout their visit. Your friendly demeanor, impeccable customer service skills, and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining the high standards of service we are known for.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome and greet guests upon arrival, promptly seating them in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Manage the guest flow and reservation system, ensuring accurate waitlist and seating management.
  • Assist guests in making menu selections, providing recommendations, and answering any questions they may have.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front of house area, including tables, chairs, and entryway.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and efficient communication between the front and back of house.
  • Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
