Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Outpatient Therapist at Ellie Mental Health located in Lake St Louis, MO. The Outpatient Therapist will be responsible for providing individual and couples counseling, child, teen and family therapy, and case management. The therapist will also be involved in treatment planning, and conducting family therapy sessions.
Qualifications
- Treatment Planning and Case Management skills
- Social Work and Family Therapy skills
- Psychology background and knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build therapeutic relationships and provide compassionate care
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Licensure or provisional licensure in therapy or counseling (e.g., LPC, PLPC, LMFT, LCSW, LMSW) is required
- Experience working in outpatient mental health settings is preferred
