We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Summer Camp Coordinator to lead and manage our summer camp program for children aged 4-8. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a fun, safe, and educational environment, ensuring that all activities are engaging and age-appropriate. This role requires strong leadership skills, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.

• Plan, organize, and implement daily camp activities and schedules, ensuring they are engaging, educational, and fun
• Supervise camp staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all campers, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Communicate with parents and guardians regarding camp activities, schedules, and any concerns or updates
• Manage camp supplies and materials, ensuring everything is prepared and available for activities.
• Handle administrative tasks such as attendance, camper records, and incident reports.
• Facilitate conflict resolution among campers and staff, promoting a positive and cooperative atmosphere.
• Coordinate special events and field trips, ensuring all logistical details are managed smoothly.
• Provide first aid and handle emergencies as needed, following established procedures.

• Previous experience working with children aged 4-8, preferably in a camp or educational setting.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and implement engaging activities for young children.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.

• Experience in arts and crafts, sports, or other recreational activities.
• Previous experience in early childhood education.
• Bilingual abilities (not required)
