This hands-on position is responsible for the overall success of the assigned project to ensure quality, schedules, and budgets are achieved by coordinating will all departments supporting the project. This role emphasizes a strong focus on customer satisfaction, requiring an individual with excellent customer relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities of this position include:

• Serve as the primary liaison with all operations departments, ensuring effective communication between teams
• Establish and maintain a standardized documentation system for projects
• Provide timely updates regarding any changes in work scope or approved squawks, ensuring team-wide awareness
• Conduct regular on-site visits to the aircraft to assess the progress of ongoing projects
• Regularly compile project status information and communicate project financial status to customers
• Prepare diligently for customer arrivals/project inductions
• Maintain a constant, comprehensive awareness of all project aspects, with a focus on effective communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle
• Effectively manage relationships with external vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation
• Ensure accurate and ethical invoicing practices, collaborating with the accounting department to promptly close customer accounts
• Review work orders throughout the project, and upon satisfactory completion, initiate work order closure, and present the final work order invoice to the customer and facilitate the collection of funds owed
• Maintain ongoing customer contact for feedback, follow-up, and proactive engagement
• Undertake any other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of the project management process

Other requirements include:

• Experience working in an aviation technical discipline preferred
• Associates degree or equivalent
• Advanced experience with Excel, Microsoft Office Products, and various software systems
• Airframe & Powerplant License preferred
• 5-7 years mid-size corporate jet experience preferred
