Position Summary
The Client Support Specialist plays an important role in helping Ellis Porter deliver a remarkable immigration experience to our clients.
We’re looking for a candidate who will leverage their excellent communication skills and positive attitude to make sure that Ellis Porter’s clients always feel welcome and appreciated, and someone who will take pride in going the extra mile to help us exceed their service expectations. The ideal candidate will welcome client service challenges and see them as opportunities to demonstrate Ellis Porter’s professionalism, empathy and commitment to our clients.
We’re looking for someone who will use their organizational skills and attention to detail to provide timely and reliable administrative support to Ellis Porter’s Director of Operations, Case Managers and Attorneys. Someone who is a team player and enjoys the challenge of assisting other Ellis Porter team members with a variety of important legal projects, often times under tight deadlines. Someone who has an attitude of excellence in your work product and strives to be viewed as a go-to person for critical support tasks.
Due to the nature of the role - this position is an in-office role Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm.
