The Heat-Treating Furnace Technician will be responsible for assisting our Electrical/Control Engineer with the maintenance, and efficiency of heat-treating furnaces within our forging facility. This role involves coordinating furnace surveys, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and assisting with routine maintenance tasks to guarantee optimal furnace performance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of heat treatment processes and experience in the forging industry.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in heat treating or furnace operations, preferably in the forging industry.
- Strong understanding of heat treating processes, furnace types, and maintenance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for monitoring and reporting.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
