Elm Grove Companies is a well established real estate and investment firm. We are looking for an experienced property manager for our newest property at Tidewater at Salisbury MA. The property manager is responsible for the operation of a specified portfolio of buildings. The PM is accountable for meeting performance expectations including Income, tenant placement, property quality and condition, customer service, project management and financial review. The PM will effectively utilize resources available to meet portfolio goals. These include, leasing, property maintenance, bookkeeper and general administrative support.
Responsibilities:

· Owner Communication
· Resident Customer Service
·Organize and Manage resident events
· Financial Review and Budget Awareness
