• Required: 2–4-year related technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• Required: Soldering experience compliant with J-STD-001.
• Preferred: Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Typically possesses 3-8 years of experience in a technical and/or assembly environment or backplane industry
