Elmwood Adult Day Health Care Center has two locations in Providence, RI. Our staff is strong, stable, professional and caring. Our goal is to improve the physical and mental health of seniors and disabled adults in the Hispanic community. Our motto is "Kindness and Respect for All." The work environment is modern, up to date and friendly. We look forward to adding to our staff in order to reopen our second location.
We are seeking an experienced nurse to facilitate better health through care coordination, education and advocacy.
Responsibilities include assessments and care plans, administering medication, educating participants about their medical condition(s) and listening to their concerns.
