About The Position:
The picking department leader is responsible for arranging, assigning, and monitoring of daily tasks, scheduling, attendance record, performance appraisal and training new members of their team. They ensure the achievement of performance indicators such as timeliness, quality, and efficiency of the group, and is responsible for the maintenance of 6S in the storage area. Supervise team members to strictly abide by the company's management systems, policies, and protocols. Ensure safe operations and proper maintenance, upkeep, and charging of equipment (department's equipment for receiving goods and putting them on shelves). Cooperate with other groups and with warehouse supervisor and managers to complete daily personnel management and other administration tasks.

Qualifications:

• Native or bilingual proficiency in Chinese and/or English
• Able to work 6 days a week (Saturdays off)
• Computer software operations such as OFFICE2 and relevant experience with WMS
• Experience in cross-border e-commerce or physical management of overseas warehouses
• Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, and ability to withstand a certain amount of work pressure
• Ability to operate with packages up to 50-70lbs (furniture)
• Good communication, organization, coordination, and management skills
• Maintain all safety standards, and keep work area clean and organized
• Hard working, quick, efficient, and strong dedication
• Common warehouse machinery certifications and experience

Pay and Benefits:

• $17-$19/hour Monthly Performance Bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 48 – 60 per week
