Ideal candidates will possess:
- Three or more years of multifamily management experience
- Excellent customer service and positive attitude
- Extensive experience with industry software. Yardi knowledge is a plus.
- A complete understanding of industry collection practices and policies
- Proven track record of working closely with Property Manager and Leasing Teams.
- Candidate will work in one office primarily, but may have to travel to sister property also in Atlantic Beach as needed
