About the Role: As a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our client's project planning and execution. Your expertise will be essential in developing accurate and competitive bids, ensuring the success of diverse projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial projects, including industrial, education, and government sectors.
· Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
· Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and constraints.
· Perform risk analysis and value engineering to optimize project costs and timelines.
· Assist in the preparation of proposals, bid packages, and presentations to clients.

Qualifications:
