Their commitment to quality and excellence has established them as a leading name in the industry. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Estimator to join the dynamic team.

Estimator- Position Overview: As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our project planning and development process. You will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for various commercial construction projects, ensuring that we maintain our reputation for delivering projects on time and within budget.

Estimator- Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to gather essential project information.
  • Prepare quantity take-offs and pricing for all construction divisions.
  • Evaluate and compare subcontractor and supplier quotes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Ensure estimates are accurate, complete, and reflect the project scope.
  • Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather necessary information.
  • Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tender submissions.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and cost data to ensure competitive and up-to-date estimates.

Estimator- Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating, particularly in industrial, office, medical, retail, and warehouse projects.
  • Proven track record of successful project cost estimation in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes.
  • Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
  • Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
