Elsdon Construction is Hiring a Construction Project Manager Near Atlanta, GA

Are you a Construction Project Manager? Do you want to work for an growing General Contractor, working across a diverse range of industries? Do you specialize in retail, office, medical or institutional projects? If so, this may be the role you've been looking for!

This leading General Contractor, are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead up their retail, office, medical, institutional projects from their Atlanta office! Going through a substantial growth phase, it is a great time to jump on board and contribute to their on-going success!

Responsibilities of the Construction Project Manager:

  • Manage all project stakeholders, including architects, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Monitor and control project budget, schedule, and quality, including performing regular project status reports, risk analysis, and change order management.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and contract documentation.
  • Communicate project status and progress to project stakeholders, including providing regular updates, identifying issues and risks, and recommending mitigation strategies.

The Construction Project Manager will need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 5 Years experience within retail, office, medical, institutional projects
  • Knowledge of Procore preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction project management principles, methods, and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines.
