Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be tasked with identifying and selling domestic transportation and logistics services to prospective clients. The role involves close collaboration with the sales team and various departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and the achievement of revenue goals. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication abilities, a thorough understanding of the transportation and logistics sector, and a proven history of sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities with potential customers.
- Sell domestic transportation and logistics services to new clients.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups and meetings.
- Work in conjunction with the operations team to meet customer needs.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and relay insights to the management team.
Qualifications:
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, particularly within the domestic transportation and logistics industry.
Skills and Competencies:
