This is a position that is scheduled to work 10a -4p, Monday to Friday with the flexibility for an earlier start as needed. The Starting pay is $12 -$13 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. This position is onsite at our center located: 1108 Peachtree Street, Cocoa FL 32922Why You’ll Love Working with Us:

The Preschool Teacher Floater works with the classroom Lead Teacher to plan and implements curriculum, serves as a model and mentor, and coordinates engaging developmental activities for children. You’ll have the opportunity to build a dynamic classroom environment, create fun-filled learning activities, and support the growth and success of children.
What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
• Lead by example and encourage teaching team success through modeling and coaching
• Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth
• Maintain a personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement

What We Need from You:

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field of study preferred
• FL DCF 45 hours required • FL DCF Transcript – Please send transcript to Dbrown@source2.com. You can retrieve the transcript from https://childcaretraining.myflfamilies.com/studentsite/admin/signin• CDA for infants and Toddlers highly preferred
• Must clear a full background check
• At least 1 year of professional early childhood training/experience • VPK endorsement is a plus
• CPR Certification and First Aid Certifications plus
