- $ 20.00 to $ 22.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm )
- Responsible for processing high volume invoicing
- Review and sort all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Match invoices to purchase orders, review invoices for discrepancies, research and correct discrepancies, and implement solutions
- Provide support on complex AP issues, (i.e. invoices reversals, corrections, complex PO corrections etc.
- Assist in reconciling supplier statements
- Assist Accounting Manager in compiling data for AP Metrics
- Reconcile vendor statements, set up new vendors and maintain vendor files in the accounting system
- Process and prioritize check requests as they arise
- Reconcile and code company credit card statements monthly
- Research unpaid invoices and statements from vendors
- Research and void outstanding checks
- Communicate and respond to all vendor inquiries
- File AP documents and invoices
- Assist W-9 and 1099 maintenance
- Experience in high volume processing required, preferably in manufacturing industry
- Experience in a multi-operation system or production control environment preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with an attention to detail
- May be able to pass a background check.
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college preferred but not required
- 3-5 years related experience required
- Manufacturing or Construction Industry preferred
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
