- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
Administrative Sales Assistant Qualifications
- MS Office proficiency – particularly Excel and Word, instrumentation software, and purchasing systems background
- CRM or ERP software and systems background experience
- Strong verbal and documented communication skills are a must
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and data documentation
- Flexibility in work; ability to display a degree of flexibility and adapt effectively to change, with the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at one time
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity at a high level
- Fundamental knowledge or experience working with herbal ingredients is helpful
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
