- $ 20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:30pm )
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls using a multi-line telephone system.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Create and maintain an inventory spreadsheet for administrative and sales supplies.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and more.
- Must be bilingual
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Use a multi-line telephone system, computer, copier and other office equipment
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
