CNC Programmer Details
  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $ 25.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm )
  • Develop and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam software for Lathes, Mills and Routers to manufacture precision parts.
  • Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and models to create accurate toolpaths
  • Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other quality assurance tools.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to ensure efficient manufacturing processes
  • Maintain tooling inventory and recommend improvements for machining operations
  • Cross train with other engineering staff to learn and engage in the process of work order creation for manufacturing travelers
CNC Programmer Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Mastercam CAM software and G&M code programming for CNC machines
  • Experience with Haas Machine Tools is a plus
  • Experience with CNC machining operations
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles for process optimization
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and SolidWorks models
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively in a team environment
