Manufacturing Applications Engineer Details

• Direct Hire position
• $ 1.00 / annually
• Salaried ( Monday through Friday )

Main responsibilities: Work closely with global customers, engineering teams, and sales professionals to provide innovative solutions that surpass client expectations. The candidate must have international travel experience, a strong customer focus, and a proven track record in the mining and quarrying industry. This role is crucial in driving the development and delivery of advanced equipment tailored to our customers' unique needs.

• Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget
• Facilitate proposal development for multiple projects and ensure compliance with build schedules
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and manufacturing teams for seamless project execution and quality
• Implement project management best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
• Utilize multiple IT systems to price Tread equipment, sub-assemblies, and OEM parts accurately

Manufacturing Applications Engineer Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field - Master's degree preferred
• 5 years of experience in a quality and EHS role within a manufacturing facility, preference for equipment manufacturing
• Proficient in designing complex hydraulic, electrical, and control systems, with knowledge of international regulations for transporting dangerous goods by road
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with global customers and cross-functional teams, and a customer-focused mindset committed to exceptional service
• Demonstrated innovation in product development, strong problem-solving abilities, and capability to meet deadlines under pressure; project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
