- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 09:00am to 05:00pm )
- Consistently lift and move 40-50 pounds in a fast-paced environment handling products containing tree nuts.
- Collaborate with the Packout Operator, Boxer, and Palletizer to ensure accurate packing and quality control.
- Follow strict safety protocols and understand instructions in English.
- Commit to a 2-year training program due to significant company investment in skill development.
- Adhere to a specific dress code and work schedule, including some mandatory overtime.
- Ability to lift and carry 40-50 pounds consistently in a fast-paced environment.
- Must understand and follow safety instructions in English.
- No specific educational requirements; prior experience in food production or physical labor is a plus.
- Willingness to commit to a 2-year training program due to significant investment in skill development.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and may be subject to a background check.
