- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Oversees skilled, semiskilled, and unskilled trade personnel or outsourced service providers.
- Ensures facilities are safe, well-maintained, and efficient for daily operations.
- Manages access badges, parking assignments, energy consumption, recycling programs, space planning, moves, and interfaces with the landlord, third-party providers, and employees.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels.
- 5 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Relevant experience in facilities management, property management, or facilities engineering.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
