- $ 31.25 to $ 40.87 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
- Manage commercial and government projects from conception to completion.
- Day to day communication with Site Superintendent, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Direct communications with Project Architects, Engineers and Customer, along with multiple other team members.
- Minimum 5-year experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction market.
- Must have IT skills, experience with PM Software and ability to build project schedules.
- 10-years minimum experience in construction or College Degree related to Construction Industry.
- Excellent communication skills a must.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
